Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator to manage and maintain our Dynamics 365 environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in administering Dynamics 365, ensuring system performance, security, and reliability. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support end-users effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration:
- Manage and maintain Dynamics 365 environments, including production, sandbox, and development instances.
- Configure and manage user roles, security permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations.
- Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to Dynamics 365.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to Dynamics 365 functionality.
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides to improve system adoption and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Dynamics 365-related queries and support requests.
- Configuration and Customization:
- Configure Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to meet business needs.
- Customize dashboards, forms, views, and workflows to enhance user experience.
- Manage data imports, exports, and migrations using tools like Data Import Wizard or third-party solutions.
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce security policies to protect sensitive data within Dynamics 365.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
- Integration and Automation:
- Configure and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, third-party applications).
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Generate and analyze reports on system performance, usage, and incidents.
- Develop and update disaster recovery and business continuity plans for Dynamics 365.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Administrator or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and administration.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
- Experience with data migrations, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 administration tools and features.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with Azure services, SQL Server, and APIs.
- Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, C#) is a plus.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-901).
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900).
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Administrator (MB-210, MB-220, or MB-230).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
- Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Travel: Need to relocate to Dubai
